DataGlider is a privately owned Company which specializes in the development of On Demand Enterprise Healthcare Information portal technologies for Healthcare Organizations.
Compugen Inc., a privately owned systems integrators and IT solutions provider, teamed with DataGlider to form a new practice; 'Compugen - DataGlider Web Integration Services'.
Combining Compugen's integration and project management expertise with DataGlider's web-based integration technology, creates innovative solutions for Healthcare Organizations that accelerate and create more efficient enterprise workflow, reduced costs, and flexibility for future growth.
Communications and Information Technology Ontario (CITO) and Precarn Inc., an Ottawa-based not-for-profit technology group, provided DataGlider and its Consortium partners a grant that will provide funding for research and development of the 'Point of View' Intelligent Midleware technology. DataGlider's consortium partner include: Lakeridge Health Corporation, Mount Sinai Hospital of Toronto, The Credit Valley Hospital, and the Computer Systems Group at the University of Waterloo. The consortium partners will collaborate, research and develop in order to continue the development and the advancement of the 'Point of View' Enterprise Healthcare portal system for physicians that will link data from multiple disparate back-end health systems and present the information into a personalized web-based portal 'point of view', based on physicians' and other Hospital experts' unique needs and workflow.
